  • Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR, PLN. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Errors: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and HandMadeForWinds is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product description or price, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards . All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processors. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship to Europe and America.
  • Shipping Costs and Times: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in a promotion. These times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products you order passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We hope you love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange.
  • Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • In its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
    • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: [List non-returnable items, e.g., gift cards, personalized/customized products, intimate apparel, sale/clearance items].
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@handmadeforwinds.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may not be processed.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
